Al Onzo

A reissue that needs almost no introduction: Al Onzo’s “Tango Japan”, a sleazy, dark and funky tale of a late night sake-fueled love affair. “Tango Japan” is a rare outing into dance music from the prolific Jean Pierre Alonzo (otherwise best known for his work in the irreverent group Les Frères Brosse). Officially licensed from JP Alonzo himself and painstakingly remastered by the Mothball team, “Tango Japan” has never sounded better. Also included as a bonus track is the never before heard “Camel Soup in China Town”, recorded around the same time as “Tango Japan”. Limited repress on red vinyl.
