Jacob Meehan is a Chicago-raised, Berlin-based DJ, producer, and cultural curator whose sound blends soulful American house with Berlin’s adventurous edge. Rooted in Chicago’s house legacy, his sets move playfully between house, techno, disco, and ambient. Since moving to Berlin in 2016, Meehan has become an important figure in the city’s queer nightlife, co-curating Buttons and WHOLE Festival, where he also curates the ambient stage. He is a resident at KWIA listening bar and explores sound through ambient music and yoga nidra sessions. He has performed at Panorama Bar, Tresor, Smart Bar, Basement, The Bunker, Adonis, Cocktail d’Amore, Honcho Campout, Listen Festival, Contact, Savage, Equation Festival, and Honey Soundsystem.
